36Kr has learned that Suzhou Deli Intelligent Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Deli Smart Warehouse") has recently completed the first round of financing of tens of millions of yuan. The investor in this round is Jin Yumao Wu, and Suzhou Zhongchuang Yunji serves as the exclusive financial advisor.

The funds from this round of financing will be mainly used for product research and development, technological iteration, and the expansion of the global market, to promote the implementation of Deli's products and solutions in more manufacturing warehousing scenarios and more overseas countries.

Deli Smart Warehouse was established in Suzhou in 2020. It has its own core intelligent equipment and full intellectual property rights of the software system. It can provide fully self-developed, fully serviced, and fully guaranteed standardized intelligent products + overall solutions to improve warehouse utilization and material handling efficiency, and realize the intelligentization and digitalization of enterprise operation management.

The warehousing and logistics industry has developed from the original manual and mechanized warehousing stage to the automated and integrated warehousing stage, and now to the intelligent warehousing stage. With the downstream demand for cost reduction and efficiency increase, as well as the deepening application of 5G, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other technologies in the warehousing industry, the intelligent warehousing industry is expected to accelerate its development.

At present, the domestic warehousing scenarios generally have customer pain points such as low space utilization, low access efficiency, high labor costs, poor working environment, and high error rate. In recent years, the country has vigorously promoted the intelligent transformation and digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, and the application scenarios of intelligent warehousing have become increasingly rich. The Prospective Economist estimates that the annual growth rate in the next ten years will reach more than 15%.

At present, the existing manufacturers in the intelligent warehousing and logistics industry are mainly divided into two categories: standard product providers and overall solution providers. Deli Smart Warehouse combines the advantages of the above two types of manufacturers.

Deli Smart Warehouse introduces that the company's warehousing and logistics system is composed of the material flow carried by hardware and the information flow carried by software. From the storage of raw materials to the outbound of finished products, they can be automatically accessed and handled through the equipment in the warehouse.

Specifically, the hardware includes intelligent equipment, including shuttle robots, layer-changing elevators, and stackers. Among them, the self-developed and self-produced rate of core equipment reaches 90%, and the shuttle robot is its core product. The Deli shuttle robot adopts a machine learning algorithm, which realizes the flexible storage of pallets of different depths in the same cargo lane for the first time, improves the operating speed, and can improve the system operating efficiency by more than 20%; the cargo location can be positioned without the need for physical identification, saving a lot of pre-installation and subsequent maintenance work; for the first time, it realizes the multi-vehicle scheduling of no less than three times the number of the main track on the same floor. Compared with the zonal scheduling strategy, the inbound and outbound efficiency is increased by 2 times. The self-developed software at the level of WMS, WMC, etc. can realize scheduling monitoring, warehouse management, and human-computer interaction through the cloud platform.

36Kr learned that Deli Smart Warehouse cooperated with a certain pharmaceutical group in 2020. The project has high requirements for timeliness, multi-status management of cargo locations, and the collaborative operation of multiple warehouses and production lines. After the completion of the project delivery by Deli Smart Warehouse, the labor cost is saved by 75%, the storage cost is saved by 35%, the operating efficiency is increased by 40%, and the space utilization efficiency is increased by 4 times.

At present, the customers that Deli Smart Warehouse has cooperated with have covered the leading customers in multiple fields. This year, Deli Smart Warehouse has established an international headquarters in Singapore to explore the overseas market, and currently, multiple projects have been delivered overseas.
