36Kr learned that Yizhu Technology, an AI chip company specializing in processing-in-memory architecture, has announced the completion of a new round of financing of more than 1 billion yuan. The company's fully digital general-purpose processing-in-memory AI chip based on 3D DRAM has finished tape-out, and the test results of its commercial chips have basically reached the preset design indicators. The funds from this round of financing will be used for R&D investment, product iteration and industrialization promotion.
