36Kr learned that Xirang Kaiwu, a physical AI startup, has completed its seed round and angel round of financing in succession. The financing is led by Dunhong Asset, with participation from renowned institutions including Huakong Fund, Sanhua Holding, Ginkgo Valley Capital, Ziran Capital, Benjian Fund, Shanghai Angel Association, and Biaopu Investment. The company's current valuation has reached 500 million US dollars. The raised funds will be mainly used for large-scale pre-training of native physical AI models, construction of real physical interaction data, introduction of core R&D talents and scenario verification.
