36Kr learned that Xuntu Technology, a Chinese financial AI enterprise, has announced the completion of a Series B financing of more than 300 million RMB. So far, the company has completed three rounds of financing within the past year. The financing was jointly participated by China Insurance Investment and GF Xinde, and also received support from venture capital institutions including Qiming Venture Partners, Amber Capital, Jiacheng Capital, Truston Capital, Zhongding Capital, as well as existing shareholders. China Renaissance continues to act as the exclusive financial advisor. After this round of financing, Xuntu Technology will continue to increase technical investment in models and products, and steadily promote its overseas layout while deeply cultivating the local market.
