Zixun Technology announces the completion of a new round of financing

Recently, Zixun Technology, the parent company of Purple Bird Browser, announced that it has completed a new round of financing. This round of financing is led by Cathay Haitong Private Equity, with Cayman Fund, Fujian Provincial Government Investment Fund and Fuzhou Jinrong Group participating as co-investors. Zixun Technology submitted its main board listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June this year, with Cathay Haitong acting as the exclusive sponsor. After this round of financing, the company will continue to focus on the development of LinkFox, its e-commerce AI application platform. At the same time, the company will further introduce professional talents in fields such as AI algorithm, model engineering and data engineering, to comprehensively improve the R&D, engineering and large-scale application capabilities of vertical AI for the e-commerce sector.
