The investors include Yida Capital and leading industrial parties, and a number of industrial parties in the industry are also in the process of follow-up and transaction delivery. At present, Zichuang Intelligent Machinery has reached strategic cooperation with XCMG Hancloud and Shantui Co., Ltd., which will deeply integrate the embodied intelligent software capabilities with the main engine resources, and jointly promote the R&D and implementation of products such as intelligent loaders and intelligent excavators.
