36Kr has learned that the wearable AI hardware "Nirva" has completed a seed round financing of tens of millions of yuan. This round is led by U.S. VC Lightspeed, with South Park Commons participating in the investment, and Shendu Capital acts as the long-term exclusive financial advisor. The funds raised from this financing will be mainly used for team expansion, mass production preparation and new product R&D.
