Chuanyuezhe completes Pre-A+ round of financing

36Kr has learned that "Traverser" has recently completed its Pre-A+ round of financing. This round is jointly invested by Sichuan Guojing, Jinda Capital, Zhongtian Huifu and Qifu Capital. Among the investors, existing shareholder Zhongtian Huifu has participated in follow-on investments for three consecutive rounds, and Qifu Capital has completed two additional capital injections. The funds raised in this round will be mainly used for the key technology breakthrough and flight test verification of the Traverser No.1 (CYZ1) suborbital manned spacecraft, and simultaneously promote the preliminary technical pre-research of the Traverser Vessel (CYZ2) orbital two-stage recoverable spacecraft.
