36Kr learned that recently, AI-driven ultrasound brain-computer interface company "Sisheng Technology" announced the completion of a seed-plus round financing of tens of millions of yuan. This round of financing is led by National Automotive Innovation Investment, with participation from Yuanhe Puhua and Global Health Industry Innovation Center (GHIC). Existing shareholders Inno Creation Fund, Shuimu Tsinghua Alumni Seed Fund continued to increase their investment, and Lighthouse Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor. The funds from this round will be mainly used for the core technology R&D of ultrasound brain-computer interfaces, the advancement of medical device products, the construction of multi-modal brain data and AI brain science platforms, and the expansion of the interdisciplinary talent team.
