36Kr has learned that Beijing Infinite Astronautics Technology Co., Ltd. recently announced the completion of a Series A financing of nearly RMB 100 million. This financing round is led by Dingfeng Tech Innovation, with participation from Yunding Capital and Taiya Investment, while existing shareholders Shengan Venture Capital, Songhe Venture Capital and Shouren Co-Creation have continued to increase their stakes. The capital raised in this round will be mainly used for the first flight verification of the "Space Bus" series of Orbital Transfer Vehicles (OTV), the development of subsequent models, engineering iteration and the building of large-scale manufacturing capacity, so as to accelerate the product layout of the "Space Bus" series and drive the company's progress from the technology verification stage to the commercial operation stage.
