36Kr has learned from Wan Venture Capital Advisory that recently, "SpaceYard", a domestic integrated solution provider for commercial aerospace tracking, telemetry and command as well as on-orbit services, officially announced the completion of a series of financing covering Series D, Series D+ and Series D++ rounds, with the total accumulated financing amount reaching nearly 2 billion RMB. This financing was participated in by a number of industrial capitals and institutions including HSG, Qianhai Ark, China Unicom Strategic Emerging Industry Investment, Zijin Mining, China Insurance Investment, SAIC Motor, Wuliangye, Ninestar, Puhua Capital, Xiaomiao Langcheng, Saina Capital, Hua'an Jiaye and Jinyan Capital, and Wan Venture Capital Advisory acted as the exclusive financial advisor for this financing.
