36Kr learned that MindRank AI, a technology company focused on AI-driven new drug R&D, announced that it has completed a total of USD 52 million Series B financing in phases, with joint investment from multiple investment institutions and industrial funds. Kaiyuan Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for this round of financing. The funds raised in this round will be mainly invested in the in-depth technical iteration of the company's self-developed full-chain AI drug R&D engine MAP (Molecule Arts Platform), continuously improving its Multi-Agent collaboration system and Clinical Data-in-the-Loop, while promoting the self-developed oral GLP-1RA small molecule MDR-001 from Phase III clinical development to commercialization, and accelerating the expansion of its differentiated innovative drug pipeline.
