This round of financing introduced Full Truck Alliance, a smart logistics ecosystem platform, as well as leading institutions such as Haitong Capital, Yuanhe Puhua, Huayi Venture Capital, and Yuanhe Hope Fund. Existing shareholders Fortune Capital, Changstone Capital, and Chuhui Capital continued to over-subscribe for follow-on investments.
