Commercial manned spaceflight company Transcender completed a Pre-Series A financing round worth hundreds of millions of yuan.

Recently, Beijing Transcender Manned Space Technology Co., Ltd. completed a Pre-A round of financing worth hundreds of millions of yuan. This round was led by the strategic investment arm of a leading internet company, with industrial capital such as the listed company Toread Group participating. Existing shareholders Zhongtian Huifu and Binfu Capital continued to increase their investments. Lighthouse Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for this round. The funds from this round of financing will be mainly used for the R & D of the core system of the "Transcender No. 1 (CYZ1)" manned spacecraft, ground test verification, and key technology research.
