36Kr learned that recently, "Weiyuan Synthesis" announced the completion of a new round of financing worth 1.5 billion yuan. This round of financing consists of both equity financing and long-term bank loans. The equity financing involves Zhang Qibin, Tan Ruiqing, and Xingyin Investment, while the long-term bank loans are supported by the Beijing Branch of Industrial Bank. The funds from this round of financing will be mainly used for the acquisition of Yuxin and the large-scale mass production of multiple bulk products.
