Business registration information shows that Dongsheng Aerospace (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the industrial and commercial changes for a new round of financing. Its registered capital has increased to 6.4221 million yuan. The new shareholders include investment institutions such as Yunqi Partners, Vertex Ventures China, Qiancheng Capital, Gaoxin Capital, Feifan Venture Capital, and Fuzhuo Investment. It also includes the industrial investor Yushi Space, a commercial rocket company. Dongsheng Aerospace was established in May 2025 and focuses on the R & D and manufacturing of complete satellites such as Internet satellites and computing power satellites, as well as key components on satellites. It has currently achieved multiple key R & D results.
