ShenDu Intelligence secures another $40 million in a new round of financing

36Kr learned that recently, "Deep Intelligence" announced the completion of a new round of financing of $40 million. This round of financing was jointly increased by existing shareholders CDH Baifu, New Summit Capital, Jinyi Capital, and Kaitai Capital. Exponent Capital continued to serve as the exclusive financial advisor. Previously, Deep Intelligence completed a $50 million Series D financing in December 2025 and another $60 million financing in February 2026. Only one month after the previous round of financing, it received an additional $40 million in a new round of financing from institutions. It has completed a cumulative financing of $150 million within three months.
