36Kr learned that Zhijia Dalu neueHCT announced the completion of nearly $200 million in financing. This round of financing was jointly invested by industrial capitals and market-oriented funds such as Yunfeng Capital, Fortune Capital (Fortune Capital and Guochen Venture Capital), Hundun Investment, Bihong Investment, and Ningbo Tongshang Fund (Yongning Gaoxin Fund). Strategic shareholders Omnivore Group (formerly the automotive sub-group of Continental Group) and Horizon continued to increase their investments. The company has built a product matrix of "HCT Astra Urban Intelligent Assisted Driving + HCT Luna High-performance ADAS Solution". In 2025, it secured fixed-point cooperation for over 10 vehicle models and is about to conduct product implementation verification in multiple countries and regions.
