On January 5th, consumer-grade AR brand RayNeo announced that it recently completed a new round of financing exceeding 1 billion yuan. This round of financing was led by the Chain Leader Fund of China Mobile and CITIC Jingshi, with participation from institutions such as the Lianchuang Innovation Fund under China Unicom. This financing marks the first strategic investment by domestic operators in the smart glasses track, indicating that AR terminals have officially entered the strategic vision of the national communication infrastructure. Meanwhile, RayNeo previewed that it will showcase its first AR smart glasses with eSIM, the "RayNeo X3 Pro Project eSIM", during CES 2026.
