Indian company Airbound secures $8.65 million in financing, plans to develop rocket-style drones for one-minute delivery

Indian drone startup Airbound recently completed an $8.65 million seed round of financing, led by Lachy Groom, co-founder of Physical Intelligence. Currently, the company has launched a drone delivery pilot project with a private hospital and plans to use its ultra-light flying wing blended body drone to achieve delivery services costing only 1 cent.
