Hefei Tianyao has completed a Series A financing of tens of millions of yuan.

36Kr learned that Hefei Tianyao, a developer of semiconductor material cadmium zinc telluride, recently announced the completion of a Series A financing round worth tens of millions of yuan. The round was led by Houxue Capital, with SMIC Capital and Guoyuan Fund participating as follow - on investors. The funds will be mainly used for expanding production lines, product R & D, exploring overseas markets, and developing downstream detector integration business.
