This round of financing was led by Yifeng Capital, and Haoyue Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for this round of transaction. The funds from this round of financing will support Kening Biotech in its layout for multiple indications, including advancing the clinical research of its core pipelines P001X and P002 for osteoarthritis and dry eye disease. The company plans to start recruiting patients for overseas clinical trials in 2026.
