Zhizhi Boyue has completed a Pre-A round of financing worth tens of millions of yuan.

36Kr learned that "Zhizhi Boyue", an enterprise specializing in semiconductor packaging materials, recently completed a Pre-Series A financing round worth tens of millions of yuan. The investment was jointly made by five institutions, namely Xianfeng Changqing, Dingxing Quantum, Guoqi Investment, Chengdu Beitai, and Haihe Qingwei. The funds from this round will be used for the construction of production bases in South China, the Yangtze River Delta, and Sichuan. Meanwhile, the R & D team will be expanded, and semiconductor packaging testing equipment will be introduced.
