36Kr learned that on July 16, AutoArk announced that it had successfully completed hundreds of millions of yuan in financing in consecutive Pre-A and Pre-A+ rounds. The Pre-A round was co-led by BAce Capital, the early-stage ecological fund of Ant Group, and Xiaofanzhuo Venture Capital, with follow-on investments from Inno Angel Fund, Zhuhai Science and Technology Group, and Wuzhong Financial Holdings. The Pre-A+ round was exclusively invested by Bairui Capital. After the completion of this round of financing, the company will continue to promote the R & D and upgrading of multimodal models and Agent technology, the application and implementation in key scenarios, the integration of software and hardware across the industrial chain, and market expansion.
