36Kr learned that on June 18th, "Ouye Semiconductor", a provider of intelligent vehicle SoC chips and solutions, announced that it had completed a Series B3 financing round worth hundreds of millions of RMB. This financing round was strategically led by Sunny Industry Fund, and jointly participated in by Hefei High - tech Investment and existing shareholder Taiji Huaqing Peicheng. Since its establishment, Ouye Semiconductor has completed multiple rounds of financing, and has cumulatively attracted eight listed companies in the automotive industry chain as industrial shareholders, including SAIC Motor, XYG Automotive Lighting Systems, ArcSoft Technology, Joyson Electronics, Baolong Technology, AAC Technologies, Runxin Technology, and Sunny Optical Technology.
