36Kr learned that Shulex, a global customer service AI Agent company, recently completed a new round of financing worth hundreds of millions of yuan. The round was led by Shanda Capital, with participation from Northern Light Venture Capital and Starting Gate Fund. The funds from this round of financing will be used to accelerate the development of AI Agent digital employees, expand the global business map, and expedite the mission of enabling AI Agents to significantly liberate human productivity on a large scale.
