Silang Technology has completed the closing of Series D financing, with Puquan Capital as the lead investor.

36Kr has learned that on the evening of February 22, Simcere Technology announced the completion of the Series D financing transaction. This round of financing is led by Puquan Capital (CATL Captial), the industrial investment platform under CATL, with SMICJUPITER following the investment. Founded in 2016, Simcere Technology is a high-tech semiconductor unicorn enterprise dedicated to the research and development of domestic independent processor cores, chip design, and applications. The team originated from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
