36Kr has learned that recently, "Shanchuan Harmonic Drive" has completed Series A financing, with the financing amount exceeding 300 million RMB. This round of financing is jointly led by the Social Security Fund Zhongguancun Independent Innovation Special Fund (with Legend Capital as the manager) and Legend Capital. Dachen Chuangzhi, Dongzheng Capital under Dongfang Securities, an old shareholder, Wuxi Venture Capital Group, and many other institutions have followed the investment. This financing will be used for the company to further expand production capacity, improve the level of automation to meet customer needs. At the same time, the company will further continuously improve around the underlying technical architecture of the harmonic reducer. Previously, the company has received investments from institutions such as Xiaomi and Jinyi Capital.
