HardcoreTech has learned that recently, Gechuang Dongzhi, an industrial intelligent solution provider, announced the completion of a several-hundred-million-yuan RMB Series C financing round. This round of financing was jointly participated by several well-known investment institutions such as Optics Valley Financial Holdings, Optics Valley Industrial Investment, and Jiaxing Nanhu Xinchuang. The financing funds are mainly used for the company's main business expansion and to accelerate the acquisition of domestic and foreign industrial intelligent ecological enterprises.

Gechuang Dongzhi was established in 2018 and was strategically incubated by TCL. It provides industrial intelligent applications and scenario-based solutions for the pan-semiconductor manufacturing industry. In 2022, the company received a several-hundred-million-yuan Series B financing from SAIC Motor and Yuecai Fund, with revenue exceeding 1 billion yuan.

In terms of products, Gechuang Dongzhi, based on its core Dongzhi Industrial Application Intelligent Platform, provides hundreds of industrial intelligent application software such as manufacturing execution, equipment automation, quality management, energy and carbon management, logistics automation, and digital supply chain; It can provide end-to-end intelligent factory solutions covering planning consultation, solution formulation, implementation and delivery, and later operation and maintenance in the pan-semiconductor industry according to the non-standard needs of different advanced manufacturing processes.

Currently, the advanced manufacturing industry has been facing digital transformation. After connecting to the model, the Octopus AI Large Model Platform can build an intelligent agent knowledge base and intelligent agent cockpit more quickly, achieving effects such as intelligent quality detection; At the same time, in dealing with complex production conditions, factory fault investigation, automatic dispatching, predictive intelligent control of equipment, yield improvement, and predictive management of energy and carbon, this platform can also put forward scientific decision-making suggestions to improve the production rhythm and quality.

In terms of customer service, for the TCL China Star display industry chain leader scenario, Gechuang Dongzhi relies on its self-developed "AI Engine" to provide ADC applications. Through the AI deep learning algorithm, from the three modules of the training platform, reasoning platform, and resource scheduling platform, it realizes the autonomous learning and modeling of the algorithm model, automatically detects, classifies, and automatically handles defects in the production process, and locks the abnormal concentration and causes. After this application was deployed and launched in TCL China Star, through continuous technological iterations, it has formed TCL's independent technical capabilities, with the accuracy rate increasing from 85% to 95%, saving 12 times of manpower and more than 50 million yuan annually.

Up to now, Gechuang Dongzhi has served more than 30,000 enterprise customers, completed more than 200 whole-factory benchmark projects, and more than 10 overseas projects, with projects distributed all over the world including China, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. In the future, Gechuang Dongzhi will deepen its layout in three major directions: AI technology, semiconductors, and the integration of the industrial intelligent ecosystem.

In terms of team investment, Gechuang Dongzhi currently has thousands of employees worldwide, of which R & D technical talents account for more than 80%.
