World model company Manifold AI has completed nearly 200 million yuan in Pre-A round financing.

36Kr learned that Manifold AI announced the completion of a nearly 200 million yuan Pre-Series A financing round. The round was co-led by Huakong Fund and Wuxi Venture Capital, with Datai Capital following. Old shareholders such as Legend Capital, Tongchuang Weiye, and Innoangel Fund fully or over-invested additional funds. According to the official introduction, Manifold AI was founded at the end of May 2025, focusing on the R & D of world models with physical reality and embodied intelligence applications. It is the first domestic startup to apply a self-developed world model as an embodied foundation model to robots.
