Enterprises that want to use AI do not know where to start: Guanghe Wanwu connects the FDE team

Guanghe Wanwu has been launched, leveraging AI to solve the AI docking challenges between enterprises and technical teams.

Enterprises want to introduce AI but are not clear about which business links to start with; technical teams have development and deployment capabilities, yet find it difficult to locate customers with clearly defined demands. Targeting this matching pain point, Guanghe Wanwu under Guanghe AI was recently launched, which attempts to sort out demands with AI assistance before connecting FDE teams with corresponding delivery capabilities.

According to materials provided by the project team, the platform has been in operation for two weeks since its official launch, with technical teams having settled in and enterprises having released their demands. The official website currently features entrances for Opportunity Market, Capability Market, Enterprise Center, Case Library and AI Services.

Sort out AI demands starting from enterprise business issues

The two ends of supply and demand targeted by Guanghe Wanwu are enterprises and factories with AI implementation demands, as well as teams and individual FDEs that have AI development and deployment capabilities. FDE, short for Forward Deployed Engineer, generally refers to engineers who go deep into customer business scenarios and drive technology deployment and application. What the platform aims to connect are not suppliers that only provide models or software, but service providers that can land AI solutions into specific business operations.

The project team holds that small and medium-sized technical teams often need to prove their delivery capabilities when expanding enterprise clients; while enterprises need to judge whether their business problems are suitable to be solved via AI, and clarify the budget, implementation scope and expected returns. If the two sides lack a common language at the demand definition stage, subsequent solution comparison and cooperation communication will easily go back and forth. What the platform tries to reduce is the communication cost from raising a problem to finding a suitable service provider.

The AI assistant is the starting point of this workflow. It can assist in understanding business problems, analyzing materials, retrieving information, sorting out demands, generating solutions and summarizing project contents. Enterprises can sort out potential transformation links through conversations, then find corresponding teams based on the technical demands in the solutions. Compared with services that only display supply and demand information, this design improves the clarity of demand description first before proceeding with matching.

Reduce docking costs through capability demonstration and collaboration records

On the supply side, as introduced on the official website, FDE teams can display their company information, delivery cases and certification labels; enterprises and factories can release projects and look for service providers by industry, scenario and capability labels. The platform takes the result indicators and verifiable evidence in the cases as part of capability demonstration, trying to enable enterprises to compare teams based on their delivery track records rather than only relying on brand popularity.

The service scope of the platform also includes solution response, cooperation communication and project collaboration. Before the cooperation is confirmed, the platform protects the identity and contact information of both parties. The user agreement requires all cooperating parties to clarify the scope of work, payment, intellectual property rights, confidentiality requirements and acceptance standards, and clarifies that the platform generally provides information display, collaboration and recording services. Unless otherwise agreed, it will not act as the project contractor, nor will it guarantee delivery or payment.

Promote early operation relying on the business accumulation of Guanghe AI

The operating entity of Guanghe Wanwu is Guangzhou Guanghe Future Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., with the brand name Guanghe AI, formerly known as Guangzhou Guanghe Network Technology Co., Ltd. Guanghe AI is an AI application service provider with GEO optimization, AI related technologies and industry project experience. This forms the business background of the platform. The platform has previously completed function development, testing and small-scale user verification, and the team has focused on adjusting links including service provider screening and AI solution output. After the official launch, Guanghe AI plans to continue optimizing the evaluation capability of the AI assistant and the efficiency of supply-demand matching. Guanghe AI also stated that it plans to invest a total of 1 million yuan in special promotion funds for the early ecological construction of the platform and support for both supply and demand sides; FDE teams are welcome to jointly build the platform and take on more enterprise transformation demands.
