EW has secured a seed round financing letter of intent and will achieve monetization through its outbound visa execution tool.

In the tourism industry, Xiaohongshu provides inspiration for "where to go", while Ctrip handles the transaction of "how to book". However, between "want to go" and "successfully booked", there is a long-neglected execution gap: which visa application channel to choose, what documents to prepare, how to arrange the schedule, how to break down the budget, and how to avoid pitfalls after arriving at the destination. What EW · Enjoy the World (hereinafter referred to as EW) aims to do is to turn this anxiety-inducing process into something that users can simply "tick off as they go". Recently, EW is seeking seed round financing externally.

Turn visa rules into a checkable execution map

EW targets young people aged 25 to 40, residing in first-tier, second-tier and new first-tier cities, who have the willingness to travel abroad but are first-time or infrequent outbound travelers, fear encountering pitfalls and are budget-sensitive. For them, the biggest threshold is often not the lack of travel guides, but the uncertainty in the execution process.

To this end, EW structures the visa policies of 117 countries into five categories of channels: visa-free, visa on arrival, e-visa, consular/embassy visa, and in-person interview visa, and uses a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) to drive a six-stage visa timeline: each task has a recommended start date calculated backwards, pre-and post-dependencies, and exception branches. Users just need to tick off items as they go, and they will not miss any steps or get confused. This rule base has been manually reviewed item by item, and 32 cross-risk alerts have been accumulated.

In addition to visa services, EW also integrates DIY modular itineraries, multi-country grand route guides, budget estimation, as well as tools such as anti-pitfall guides for the arrival and return stages, anti-scam radar, document safe, and accompanying translation. It also presents itineraries in Klein blue handbook long images and a "light up your travel map" feature, which encourages users to share content spontaneously.

Drive traffic with free tools and monetize through high-margin services

In terms of commercialization, EW's idea is to first build trust and capture traffic with high-quality free tools, and then realize monetization through four paths: CPS affiliate commission for flight and hotel bookings, insurance, eSIM, and local experiences; local Chinese tour guide matching with 20%-30% commission per order; co-branded peripherals and cultural and creative products; and B-end SaaS that white-labels the underlying rule base to travel agencies and tourism boards.

EW has launched its production environment in October 2026, with two access points: WeChat Mini Program and H5. The 1.0.0 version of the Mini Program has been submitted for review. According to the team, about one week after launch (as of October 31), it has accumulated around 172 registered users, created 68 travel plans, and about 65% of users have completed their travel profile setup, all of which are organic growth without any paid promotion.

Single-person built MVP, seed round for expansion

The MVP of EW was completed entirely by its founder Li Yang alone. According to the introduction, Li Yang is a serial entrepreneur with full-stack development and AI implementation capabilities. With the help of AI assistance, he completed the development workload that usually takes a team of about 10 people half a year to finish in a very short time, including data of 117 countries and a minimalist UI. This round plans to raise 3 million to 5 million RMB, with 10% to 15% equity offered. The funds will be mainly used to validate the commercialization closed loop, capture traffic and expand the team.
