Hoshii, a Swiss information and communications technology company founded in 2024, is dedicated to developing AI assistants that integrate with ERP systems. Equipped with natural language understanding and automated processing capabilities for ERP platforms, this assistant can automatically complete the entry and processing of tedious information such as orders, inquiries, and requests.

Hoshii was co-founded by Jiir Awdir, Ayoub Chouak, and Chihiro Okuyama. Jiir Awdir serves as the company's CEO, holds a master's degree from the University of St. Gallen, and previously participated in the ICT management trainee program at Swisscom Ventures, engaging in corporate digitalization, supply chain, and venture capital work. Ayoub Chouak is the company's CTO, holding a master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, with research focused on security design. Chihiro Okuyama is the company's Chief AI Officer, primarily responsible for Hoshii's AI model capabilities.

In the daily operations of wholesale and manufacturing enterprises, orders are typically sent in unstructured formats such as emails, PDF attachments, Excel spreadsheets, or voice messages. Different customers use varying product names, internal item numbers, units of measurement, and file formats, requiring employees to read and identify order content one by one, then access the ERP system to look up customer information, match products, and input quantities, prices, and delivery dates. The entire process is highly dependent on manual coordination, which is not only time-consuming but also prone to errors, omissions, and duplicate entries. Traditional ERP systems excel at processing structured data and cannot directly understand emails, attachments, voice content, or natural language. Meanwhile, traditional rule-based automation tools struggle to adapt to frequent changes in customer formats and expression methods. As a result, enterprises commonly face issues such as scattered information, low processing efficiency, high labor costs, and slow business response.

Hoshii has developed an AI assistant integrated with ERP systems. By embedding AI into business processes such as order processing, inquiry response, customer email management, and supplier communication, it automatically completes tasks including order recognition, data entry, task assignment, and order reply, improving overall enterprise operational efficiency. This assistant covers three core functional modules: automation, collaborative work, and intelligent operations.

Its automation module consists of three parts: order processing, email classification, and an AI skill library. The order processing function can read procurement requirements sent by customers through email bodies, PDFs, Excel files, voice recordings, and photos of handwritten orders, automatically extract customer names, products, quantities, and delivery requirements, match the abbreviations or custom item numbers used by customers to the correct products in the ERP, generate standardized orders, and directly write them into the ERP after employee confirmation. The assistant also continuously learns different customers' product descriptions and procurement habits based on each confirmation result, improving matching accuracy in subsequent operations. The email classification function reads the email body, attachments, scanned documents, or forwarded content upon receipt, automatically determines whether it corresponds to an order, inquiry, complaint, or irrelevant information, adds appropriate tags, and assigns it to the corresponding responsible person. On this basis, Hoshii can extend its automation capabilities to pre-sales, sales, fulfillment, and after-sales links by expanding its AI skill library, providing features such as draft quotation generation, shipment updates, complaint handling, and restocking reminders.

The collaborative work module comprises the Unibox inbox, email plugins, and team collaboration features. Unibox centralizes orders, inquiries, and complaints from all channels into a unified page, and associates each task with the corresponding customer, responsible person, deadline, and processing status. Team members can conduct business handover and communication on the same interface, sharing complete processing records. For enterprises that prefer to continue using their original email systems, Hoshii provides Outlook and Gmail plugins that automatically complete reading, classification, tagging, and order preparation when emails arrive. Employees can verify customer, product, and delivery information directly in the email popup window, and write the confirmed data into the ERP with one click.

The intelligent operations module is composed of four components: AI Colleagues, rule learning, business alerts, and data analytics. AI Colleagues can proactively handle pending tasks and complete work such as inquiry quotation, order processing, delivery query, and complaint assignment based on configured skills. The continuous learning function identifies patterns from employee modifications and confirmations, converting daily work content into internal enterprise rules. The business alert function continuously monitors daily operations, proactively detects abnormal changes such as reduced orders, increased complaints, extended response times, and task backlogs, and issues timely alerts. The data analytics function analyzes the total volume and trends of orders, inquiries, and complaints at a holistic level, visualizing team workloads, business backlog locations, and the automation degree of each task.

At present, Hoshii has served more than 50 wholesalers and manufacturing enterprises in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and has completed integration with over 20 ERP systems. Practical applications show that Hoshii can help customers double their order processing speed, achieve an overall processing accuracy rate of over 90%, and increase the average customer's order value by 15%.
