Yunshike —— Zero Gravity Aircraft Industry Completed A New Round Of Financing Of 500 Million Yuan
Recently, Zero Gravity Aircraft Industry (Hefei) Co., Ltd., an early-stage project of Seas Capital (hereinafter referred to as "Zero Gravity") announced the completion of a new round of financing of nearly 500 million yuan. This round of financing was led by Hefei State-owned Assets, and Seas Capital, as an existing shareholder, continued to increase its investment. The funds from this round will be mainly used to promote the airworthiness certification, delivery preparation, and scenario implementation of eVTOL (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft) products.
Seas Capital said: Since its establishment, we have listed the low-altitude economy as a core track of concern and continuously deployed investment opportunities in the entire industrial chain from the whole aircraft to upstream core components. Regarding this round of increased investment, we believe that the value of Zero Gravity is never just about building an aircraft. What they are doing is to integrate new energy aircraft into real operational scenarios and complete the entire closed-loop from airworthiness certification to commercial revenue. We are optimistic about the historical window for the large-scale realization of China's low-altitude economy, and we also believe that Zero Gravity is one of the teams that can move the fastest and most steadily in this window. Seas Capital will continue to drive with both capital and industrial resources to help the enterprise accelerate the transformation of its technological leading edge into a market competitive barrier.
Accelerated airworthiness certification of eVTOL, the low-altitude economy enters a critical period for industrial implementation
Currently, the focus of competition in China's eVTOL industry has shifted significantly - from early-stage financing-driven and concept demonstration to a substantial competition in airworthiness certification, manufacturing capabilities, and commercial operations.
As the only new energy manned aircraft whole aircraft manufacturing enterprise that simultaneously deploys in both the eVTOL and eCTOL tracks, Zero Gravity has built a stable structure of "stable cash flow + long-term growth pole", and its core products cover different stages of the low-altitude economic development.
Tilt-rotor eVTOL ZG-T6
In the frontier track of eVTOL, Zero Gravity's core model ZG-T6 adopts a six-rotor full-tilt eVTOL configuration with the highest technical difficulty and the strongest comprehensive performance, which is regarded as the ultimate solution for future air transportation. Currently, its full-scale engineering prototype has been assembled and rolled off the production line, and the first flight has been completed. The application for the Type Certificate (TC) was accepted by the Civil Aviation Administration of China in February 2026, and the airworthiness certification work is being advanced with full efforts.
Multi-rotor eVTOL ZG-ONE "Magpie Flight"
Another multi-rotor eVTOL, ZG-ONE "Magpie Flight", is an unmanned manned eVTOL targeting low-altitude cultural and tourism scenarios. The application for the Type Certificate (TC) was accepted by the Civil Aviation Administration of China in September 2024, and it has received over a thousand letters of intent for orders.
eCTOL RX1E-A and RX1E-S
Different from most low-altitude economy whole aircraft enterprises with a single layout, Zero Gravity has achieved a cash guarantee through its mature eCTOL products. The company owns the only electric light sport aircraft RX1E-A in China that has completed airworthiness certification and can be commercially operated, as well as the world's first float-type two-seater electric seaplane RX1E-S. These two models have received nearly a thousand orders and have entered the mass delivery stage, providing a stable cash flow guarantee for the enterprise.
It is worth mentioning that Zero Gravity has also extended deeply from the "manufacturing end" to the "scenario end" and launched the "Green Aviation Flight Camp" strategy to create a low-altitude consumption scenario centered around flight experience. This camp model integrates aviation parks + cultural and tourism, aviation technology + research and study, aviation sports + competitions, aviation infrastructure + transportation, and aviation flight + training, providing a high-frequency and replicable commercial outlet for product implementation. Currently, the construction of demonstration projects has been launched in Anhui, Zhejiang, Hubei, Liaoning and other places. All of this will help it achieve its ultimate goal faster - to build a flying "air commercial vehicle" and make new energy manned aircraft fly into thousands of households.
