Sairui Intelligent Control, an enterprise engaged in 3D spatial cameras, has recently completed an angel round of financing of nearly 100 million RMB. This round of financing is led by Tiancheng Fund under a listed company, followed by well-known industrial investors and financial investors, with Azure Capital acting as the exclusive financial advisor.

The world is three-dimensional, but for a long time humans can only use two-dimensional images to represent space. From film cameras to digital cameras, and then to a wide range of emerging shooting tools, human pursuit of recording is endless. According to Fan Enqiang, founder of Sairui Intelligent Control, with the miniaturization and cost reduction of solid-state LiDAR, the commercial maturity of 3D Gaussian Splatting technology, and the release of end-side AI computing power, the threshold for 3D data collection is dropping from professional equipment costing tens of thousands of yuan to consumer electronic products at the thousand-yuan level. At the C-end, Sairui Intelligent Control plans to launch AI-native 3D/4D spatial cameras, aiming to upgrade spatial recording from 2D images to interactive 3D assets.
Users do not need any framing and camera movement skills, they only need to walk around the space with the handheld device. The built-in LiDAR and multiple sets of cameras will achieve microsecond-level time synchronization, and accurately capture the geometric structure and texture details of the space while moving. After the data is directly transmitted to the cloud, high-precision 3D reconstruction is completed relying on the 3DGS algorithm, and users will get a digital space that can be roamed from any perspective and zoomed for interaction. At the same time, the AI Agent will automatically identify the spatial structure, understand spatial semantics, plan master-level camera movement paths, and output narrative short videos with one tap, realizing high-quality creation with zero threshold. Sairui Intelligent Control plans to launch the crowdfunding and delivery of consumer-grade spatial cameras in early 2027.
