Culture, Business & Tourism × Embodied Intelligence: How Will the Next Generation of Consumer Experience Take Place? | WISE 2026

未来一氪2026-11-03 11:20
The Embodied Intelligence Culture, Business and Tourism Sub-venue will be held in Beijing on November 26.

What makes embodied intelligence so anticipated is its capability to perceive, act and complete specific tasks in real-world environments.

When preparing for the "Embodied Intelligence & Cultural, Business and Tourism" sub-forum of this year's WISE, we first collected insights from a large number of demand-side parties. Their concerns are very practical: are there mature and adapted solutions available? How can the solutions be applied in real scenarios? Is the cost affordable? Are they compatible with existing business operations and supplier systems?

On the other hand, embodied intelligence enterprises also need real offline scenarios to verify the performance of their products in daily operations.

Therefore, at this year's WISE, we bring the two sides together on site.

On November 26, the "Embodied Intelligence & Cultural, Business and Tourism" sub-forum will be held at the Conference Center of National Information Technology Application Innovation Park in Yizhuang, Beijing. With the theme of "'Cyber Scenario' of Cultural, Business and Tourism: Embodied Intelligence Activates the New Consumption Track", the event is co-hosted by 36Kr, Kr Rui Research Institute and Ouke Law, and jointly organized by the Embodied Intelligence Industry Alliance.

As a vertical themed sub-forum of the WISE 2026 King of Business Conference hosted by 36Kr, we will focus our discussions on specific spaces including residences, commercial real estate, properties, shopping malls and amusement parks.

Currently, confirmed attending enterprises include Zhuhai Wanda Commercial Management Group, Zhihui Group, Joy City Holdings (Joy City Life) and Longfor Group.

What the Demand Side Asks First: Adaptation, Usage and Cost

In the early-stage communication, a direct demand from the demand side for embodied intelligence is that robots can take over part of the regular operation work. However, when a technology is deployed to the operation site, further clarification is still required: how it connects with the original process, how many personnel are needed for cooperation, and how to evaluate its application effect. Scenario adaptation and cost are also repeatedly mentioned as key bottlenecks.

Focusing on these issues, the roundtable themed "Scenario First: Opportunities and Dilemmas of Embodied Intelligence Landing in Cultural, Business and Tourism Industries" will further discuss: what thresholds need to be crossed to move from pilot projects to regular operation? How should the "digital employees + physical robots" in offline scenarios divide work and collaborate with each other?

The afternoon sharing sessions will further discuss how to realize long-term operation of embodied intelligence in offline commercial scenarios.

The roundtable "Long-term Operation: How Does Embodied Intelligence Activate the New Consumption Track?" will calculate the business accounts during the discussion: does embodied intelligence bring cost reduction or revenue growth? Can robots and digital employees become new "reasons for customers to visit physical stores"? What kind of services are the demand side willing to pay for, and what do technology enterprises rely on to achieve sustainable profitability?

A special roundtable themed "Large-scale Overseas Expansion: The Next Growth Curve for Embodied Intelligence Enterprises" will also be arranged on the same day, extending the discussion to the market expansion of relevant enterprises.

Discuss Issues on Stage, Negotiate Cooperation Off Stage

In addition to the sharing and discussions on the stage, the special matchmaking session for "Embodied Intelligence & Cultural, Business and Tourism" in the outer off-stage area will reserve face-to-face communication time for scenario demand parties, technology enterprises, investment institutions and professional service institutions.

The demand side can elaborate on their tasks, budgets and pilot conditions in detail, while technology enterprises can respond to what their existing solutions can achieve and what kind of cooperation is still needed. If the two sides can clarify a direction worthy of further communication, evaluation or pilot, that is exactly the progress this matchmaking session aims to promote. (If you are interested, you can contact the "Matchmaking Cooperation" contact at the end of the article)

We have also invited relevant professional service institutions to participate in the communication regarding intellectual property rights, data security, responsibility boundaries and project cooperation involved in the promotion process. 36Kr and Ouke Law will jointly release the "2026 NewEco Elite Embodied Intelligence & Artificial Intelligence Industry Star Law Firm/Lawyer Directory", and the "2026 White Paper on Legal Services for China's Embodied Intelligence Industry" will also be released on site, providing references for industry participants to understand relevant professional experience.

How Robots Step into Daily Life

The shopping malls we visit, the communities we live in, and the amusement parks we go for fun are all covered in these discussions. When you are shopping in a mall, can a robot help you find the products you want to buy? When you visit an amusement park, can a robot character guide you to participate in a story, instead of just taking a group photo? If you are curious about how robots will come into our lives, you are also welcome to join the event on site!

Finally, let's talk about the 69-yuan conference ticket.

Most of the speakers are heads of groups or enterprises, bringing a top-tier lineup and full of practical insights! The ticket is absolutely cost-effective. Meanwhile, we hope this ticket can gather people who care about these issues and are willing to take time to sit down and listen carefully, so that everyone can have more expectations and more engagement for this day.
