Recently, Shenzhen Shenyi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenyi Technology") announced the completion of an angel round financing of over 10 million RMB. This round of financing was led by Lihe Venture Capital, with follow-on investment from Dongguan Biotech. The proceeds from this round will be mainly used for R&D of core brain-computer interface technologies, mass production of consumer-grade products and overseas market expansion, as well as clinical validation, registration and transformation of medical-grade products such as auxiliary diagnosis of depression and neuromodulation.

Founded in May 2025, Shenyi Technology focuses on the interdisciplinary innovation of AI + brain science, and develops brain function monitoring and intervention products based on artificial intelligence, non-invasive brain-computer interface and neuromodulation technologies targeting sleep disorders, depression and a variety of brain diseases.

01 "Serious Medical Treatment + Consumer Health": Two-line Synergistic Development Path

From the very beginning of its establishment, Shenyi Technology has established a two-line synergistic development path of "serious medical treatment + consumer health".
