According to Taiwan Economic Daily, TSMC's advanced packaging CoWoS capacity is in short supply with full order books. It is reported that part of the back-end orders for advanced packaging have spilled over to Intel's Malaysian plant, which supports through partial capacity cooperation to serve mutual key customers, breaking the previous conventions of the ecosystem. In addition to benefiting TSMC's shipments of advanced front-end processes, institutional investors are also optimistic that the supply chains overlapping with the two major players, namely ASE Group, leading carrier board maker Unimicron, and the Jading Group, are expected to benefit simultaneously.
