Pioneer in Intelligent Orthodontic Equipment: Digital Processing Innovation & Changzhou Guohu Pre-A Financing Plan
I. Industry Opportunities: Expansion of the Orthodontic Market Spawns Digital Processing Transformation
Since 2021, the annual number of domestic orthodontic treatment cases has exceeded 4 million, and it is expected to increase to 4.8 million by 2026; among them, bracket orthodontics and removable appliances together account for over 80% of the market, remaining the mainstream treatment solutions in the industry. With the popularization of clear aligners in the domestic market, complete sets of digital clear aligner design and production systems have rapidly entered the domestic market, putting the traditional manual archwire processing industry under external competitive pressure.
At this stage, there are more than 2,000 dental laboratories and denture processing factories engaged in orthodontic product processing in China, with over 300,000 front-line processing technicians. If small and medium-sized processing institutions fail to complete digital upgrading in time, they will fall significantly behind in industry competition, lacking competitive advantages in product precision, processing efficiency, and pricing flexibility.
The superimposition of multiple factors, including the growing demand for personalized orthodontic treatment, the long training cycle for professional technicians, and the low production capacity efficiency of traditional manual processing, is forcing the archwire processing industry to accelerate digital transformation. Digital upgrading has become an inevitable trend in the industry.
II. Enterprise Strength: Development History, Core Products, and Global Channel Layout
To meet market demand and facilitate the transformation and upgrading of the archwire processing industry, Changzhou Guoke Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changzhou Guoke") was established in June 2023. In the same year, it completed seed round incubation at the XbotPark Changzhou Base founded by Professor Li Zexiang, officially launching the R&D of orthodontic wire bending robots and securing orders from leading domestic orthodontic clinics. In December 2023, Changzhou Guoke completed the construction of the principle prototype of the archwire bending robot suitable for bracket orthodontics. In July 2024, it finished the construction and testing of the product prototype under this process, and delivered it to customers for use at the end of the year. Starting from 2025, the company fully shifted its equipment and processes to archwire processing for removable appliances, which have a larger market size. In April of the same year, it began small-scale trial production and started delivery and trial use for customers. In October of the same year, it obtained angel round investment from XbotPark Changzhou Base, Changzhou Huasen Medical, and Shanghai Angel Club. In 2026, the archwire bending robot officially entered the market for validation. As of July 2026, a total of 21 units of equipment have been deployed for trial tests, including 19 in China, 1 in Japan, and 1 in South Korea.
The desktop archwire bending robot independently developed and produced by Changzhou Guoke has prominent advantages: the compact whole machine is suitable for desktop placement, and the supporting operation software is easy to understand with a low learning curve; after processing and forming, the straight section spacing of the archwire is small, the bending marks are faint, and the mold is easy to disassemble and replace, which can adapt to various specifications of orthodontic wires. The equipment is currently capable of completing digital design and forming processing of various orthodontic archwires for labial appliances, lingual appliances, double-loop clasps, arrowhead clasps, and surrounding double-loop clasps.
Changzhou Guoke has fully adopted a distribution cooperation model in China, with two domestic distributors and two overseas cooperative distributors already in place. The regional market layout has achieved initial results, and in-depth discussions are underway with relevant South Korean enterprises on the business details of jointly building a dental laboratory center in Seoul, South Korea.
In line with the annual business plan, Changzhou Guoke strives to achieve an annual sales target of 80-100 units of equipment. The current orthodontic processing industry is developing well, with large and medium-sized domestic dental laboratories showing strong demand for refined processing equipment and sufficient willingness to purchase, while overseas market order demand continues to rise.
III. Development Plan and Financing Description: New Product R&D and Production Layout and Fund Usage Plan
Changzhou Guoke is simultaneously advancing new product R&D and new business tracks. Currently, it is planning to develop supporting equipment such as special powder coating and glue dispensing machines for the post-process of archwire bending, and desktop clear aligner cutting machines, to continuously deepen its presence in the oral orthodontic equipment track.
The company plans to raise 20 million RMB in this round, intending to release 13%-15% of its equity. The funds will be mainly invested in three core directions: first, new product R&D and production capacity expansion; second, building a sales system and increasing market promotion; third, expanding the full-chain professional team to comprehensively accelerate product R&D and commercial implementation.
