The Swiss information and communication technology company Eleven Dynamics was founded in 2020. The company is committed to developing integrated software for automated measurement technology. This software is highly integrated and flexible, and can easily connect to various existing measurement software, measurement equipment, sensors, vision systems, etc. It enables the planning, verification, and deployment of industrial automated measurement processes on a unified platform, improves the predictability of the verification process, and shortens the verification and deployment cycles.

Eleven Dynamics was co-founded by Santiago Droll, Michael Fischer, and Marc Cayuela. Santiago Droll is the CEO of the company. He holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. He has served as a research and development engineer at New River and as a research and development manager at Hexagon. Michael Fischer is the COO of the company. He has served as the vice-chairman of the supervisory board of Measuring and Quality Solutions AG. Marc Cayuela is the CTO of the company. He has worked as an algorithm development engineer at Hexagon.

In the manufacturing industries represented by automobiles, aviation, batteries, and high-end equipment, there are still significant problems in the quality inspection and production control processes. The current inspection process still heavily relies on manual labor, sampling inspection, and offline measurement rooms. The inspection speed cannot keep up with the production rhythm, and quality problems are often discovered after the product is completed, which easily leads to rework, scrap, and production line shutdowns, resulting in increased production costs for enterprises. At the same time, robots, sensors, measurement equipment, and industrial software from different brands come from different suppliers, and there is a lack of compatibility between systems. Automated measurement units often require multi-party integration, repeated programming, and manual handover. The process is complex, the debugging threshold and deployment and maintenance costs are high, and the implementation cycle is long.

Eleven Dynamics has developed integrated software for automated measurement technology. This software can seamlessly adapt to various existing measurement software, hardware, and real-world data, enabling the simplification of industrial automated measurement workflows in a unified system and achieving the digital transformation of measurement processes.

Eleven Dynamics' software features high integration and production flexibility. In terms of integration, the software uses an open interface and is not tied to any specific manufacturer. It can integrate robots, sensors, software, and hardware of any brand or model into the system, allowing users to easily select and integrate the most suitable software and hardware for their own scenarios. Currently, the software is compatible with robot brands such as KUKA, ABB, YASKAWA, and FANUC, as well as software and hardware devices such as POLYWORKS and LEICA AS1. In terms of production flexibility, users can adjust the measurement technology solutions at any time according to changing production conditions. They can integrate new software and hardware with just a few clicks, simulate and verify the measurement process, and implement the deployment. The measurement cycle speed can be increased by up to 99%.

Eleven Dynamics' software combines the functions of personalized measurement unit design, rapid programming, digital twin simulation, and on-site deployment. It can directly control and guide all other measurement equipment on the production line on a unified platform. In terms of design, users can quickly build and adjust measurement units based on the company's own design library and customize them at any time. In terms of programming, the measurement department can use the automation suite provided by the software to directly program the robots without relying on robot experts. In terms of simulation and on-site deployment, the software supports simulating the complete measurement process in a virtual environment through digital twin technology to determine the optimal layout. It also supports remotely editing the program path and directly sending it to the factory for deployment, thereby improving the efficiency, flexibility, and production collaboration ability of the automated measurement process.

Currently, Eleven Dynamics offers a variety of automated measurement products and service models, covering scenarios such as mobile measurement, desktop measurement, small workpieces, medium-sized components, large assemblies, and production lines. The company has served manufacturing enterprises such as BMW, Audi, and Sauber Racing, providing 100% quality monitoring of the production process for their manufacturing units. By integrating automated measurement into the production line, it has significantly shortened the verification and production cycles, and improved the measurement accuracy and production efficiency.

In February 2025, Eleven Dynamics completed a seed+ round of financing of 3.5 million Swiss francs, led by EquityPitcher Ventures and seed+ speed Ventures. The funds are mainly used to expand the business from a single automated measurement unit to the entire production line and factory level, and to expand into the Asia-Pacific market and new industries such as aerospace. The company has established a subsidiary in China and will further explore the Asia-Pacific market in the future.
