As the number of motor vehicles in China continues to grow, the demand for convenient services in the automotive aftermarket is continuously expanding. According to public data from the Ministry of Public Security, in 2023, the number of motor vehicles in the country exceeded 430 million, of which the number of cars exceeded 320 million. The project was officially launched by founder Yang Chengliang in June 2025. It precisely targets the gap in supporting services at gas stations, connects the service links among gas stations, scenario operators, and car owners, and fills the shortcoming of one-stop automotive cleaning services.

Self-developed hardware + IoT system, creating differentiated product capabilities

Different from ordinary household vacuum cleaners, Xiduoduo Shared Vacuum Cleaner is specially developed for commercial all-weather placement scenarios and can be used by customers by scanning a QR code on WeChat. It forms core advantages in terms of suction power, adaptability, operation and maintenance costs, and intelligence, and is fully suitable for offline public scenarios such as gas stations and self-service car wash points.

In terms of hardware performance, the rated power of the equipment reaches 1800W, the maximum vacuum degree is 30Kpa, and the stable working suction is maintained at 25Kpa, which is sufficient to handle all kinds of stubborn impurities and dust in the gaps inside the car. It is equipped with a 10-meter extended hose, which can fully cover the entire car for cleaning without any cleaning dead corners. At the same time, the working noise of the equipment is controlled at 60dB, which meets the noise standard of public scenarios and will not interfere with the normal operation order of gas stations.

In terms of operation and maintenance design, the product adopts an integrated modular structure and an innovative hanging installation method, which does not occupy the operating space of the scenario and greatly reduces the equipment failure rate and later maintenance costs. It is equipped with a washable HEPA filter, which can be reused, effectively reducing the cost of consumable replacement and long-term operating expenses. In terms of energy saving, the standby power of the equipment is zero, and there is no additional power consumption during long-term placement, further reducing operating costs.

In terms of intelligence, the equipment relies on mature IoT technology, supports 4G/5G full-network connectivity, and is suitable for various offline scenario network environments. Users only need to scan the QR code on WeChat, and can quickly start the equipment in 2 - 3 steps, with convenient operation and no threshold. The background is equipped with a cloud management system, and maintenance personnel can remotely monitor the equipment status in real time, retrieve usage data, and calculate the operation turnover. At the same time, it supports flexible configuration of differentiated charging packages to meet the consumption and operation needs of different cities and different locations.

Light-asset operation model with strong profit certainty

Xiduoduo has created a low-risk, fast-return light-asset business model. Relying on the urban partner system, it can quickly expand points, with standardized operation and clear benefits.
