On October 12, Mosi Intelligence officially announced that it has completed a Pre-Series A financing of over 1 billion yuan, led by Huakong Fund. The main investors in this round include China Development Bank Science and Technology Innovation, Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Fund, Xinwei Capital, Xuhui Capital, Zhuiguang Hard Technology Venture Capital, Lingang Ceyuan Fund, etc. Existing shareholders including Yuanhe Holdings, Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Group under Shanghai State-owned Investment, and Xinglian Capital continued to make follow-on investments. Duowei Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for this round of financing and its long-term exclusive financial advisor. The funds raised in this round will be used to promote the R&D and capacity building of full-modality real-time interactive intelligence, as well as its global commercial implementation. After this round of financing, Mosi Intelligence will continue to focus on the layout of "full-modality real-time interactive intelligence" and AI for AI.
