"Stellar Force" has completed its Pre-A round of financing, with CDB Innovation as the exclusive lead investor.

36Kr has learned that Stellar Power has announced the completion of its Pre-Series A financing round. The round is exclusively led by Guokai Tech Innovation, the equity investment platform under China Development Bank, with follow-on investments from Shanghai Future Industry Fund, NewDing Capital, Longstone Capital, BV Baidu Venture, Yunbai Capital, Mingyu Venture Capital and Yuanshi Fund. Existing shareholders including Cathay Capital and Thick Snow Capital have continued to increase their stakes. The proceeds from this round of financing will be mainly used to expand the aerospace engineering team, innovate space photovoltaic engineering projects, and deploy the upstream and downstream industrial sectors of the space power industry.
