36Kr has learned that, according to the news from Lenovo Capital, Muchuang Integrated Circuit announced this month that it has completed a Series B financing of hundreds of millions of yuan, with Muxi Co., Ltd. and Lenovo Capital participating as strategic industrial capitals. Local government funds including Guangzhou Baiyun Financial Holdings and Guanghua Financial Holdings, as well as market-oriented funds such as Chenhui Capital, jointly participated in the investment. Existing shareholders including Tsinghua Holdings Ginkgo Capital and Yuanhe Capital continued to increase their stakes. The funds raised in this round will be dedicated to promoting the R&D and industrialization of 400G/800G Scale out smart network interface controller chips, and simultaneously deploy GPU Scale Up high-speed interconnection chips, so as to make up for the shortcomings in the domestic high-end intelligent computing interconnection sector.
