SAGA completes a financing of hundreds of millions of yuan

36Kr has learned that Sino-X has announced the completion of a 100-million-yuan-level financing round. This round is led by an industrial strategic investor, with Haiyuan Capital and Longgang Guidance Fund participating as follow-on investors. The funds raised in this round will be mainly invested in the construction of a synthetic biology platform, further accelerating the development of multi-chassis cells and the industrialization of products, as well as completing the strategic layout of bulk bioproducts for biomanufacturing. E-Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for Sino-X in this transaction.
