36Kr learned that SpinQ, a domestic quantum computing enterprise, announced the completion of a RMB 1 billion Series D financing, with a total financing amount of RMB 2 billion accumulated in half a year. The new investors in this round include CICC Capital, Shanghai Semiconductor Industry Investment, AVIC Honghua, Shanghai Dianke, Guozhong Capital, etc. Existing shareholders such as Toukong Donghai, Jingkai Capital, Qingdao Hanrui, Hainan Fengkaixiang continued to increase their investment, and senior industrial investors Lv Dalong and Lan Kun also participated in this round of capital contribution. The financing funds will be used for the full-chain R&D of fault-tolerant general-purpose quantum computers, core process iteration and global industrial ecosystem expansion.
