The investors in this round include leading US dollar funds such as ZhenFund, Gaorong Ventures, IDG Capital, and 5Y Capital, as well as the Gobi Ventures & HKU Joint Fund, MiraclePlus, and Shanghai Chuangzhi Academy. Lighthouse Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor. The funds from this round will be mainly used for the R&D of the full-body humanoid foundational model, the collection of multi-modal full-body motion data, the expansion of the talent team, and the establishment of R&D centers in multiple regions and an industry cooperation ecosystem, so as to accelerate the implementation of the open-source humanoid foundational model within this year.
