36Kr learned from Zhiyi Technology that it has recently completed consecutive Series A and Series A+ financing rounds, each totaling over 100 million yuan. The Series A round was exclusively contributed by existing investor Yijing Capital through a capital increase. The Series A+ round was led by EDA Capital with strategic support from Biqiu Capital. Xi Qiao Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for these two financing rounds.
