Wireless Logic secures €2 billion in private equity financing

Recently, private equity firm Montagu raised a €2 billion ($2.3 billion) continuation fund for Wireless Logic. According to people familiar with the matter, the deal values Wireless Logic at around £3.5 billion ($4.6 billion). Ed Shuckburgh, managing partner at Montagu, said investor interest in the fund was driven by Wireless Logic's strong growth. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in the UK, Wireless Logic is a global IoT connectivity solutions provider that helps businesses connect, manage, and secure IoT devices. The company has made local business acquisitions in South America, the United States, and the Asia-Pacific region.
